ACRWL - #5 - May Luncheon: Speaker - Sheila Tate, Former White House Press Secretary to First Lady Nancy Reagan

On May 19, 2011 - ACRWL held their May Luncheon at the  Greencroft Club.  Their Speaker was Sheila Tate, former Press Secretary to First Lady Nancy Reagan, to the 1988-89 Presidential campaign and transition, during which she served as Press Secretary for President-elect George Bush.

ACRWL - April Luncheon #4 - Speaker: Rob Bell (R) - 58th District Delegate Representing Albemarle, Fluvanna and Greene County, In the Virginia House of Delegates (2) Photos from the Luncheon

On April 21, 2011, the Albemarle-Charlottesville Republican Women's League held their April Luncheon at the Doubletree Hotel in Charlottesville.  Rob Bell, Delegate, 58th District, known as Thomas Jefferson's seat, representing Albemarle, Fluvanna and Greene Counties in the Virginia House of Delegates, was our featured speaker.  Delegate Bell spoke primarily of the past session of the Virginia 2011 Legislative session and shared specific information on Bills, sharing his summary of the various Bills that passed and also those that failed.  He also discussed the current redistricting process now occurring in the Virginia Legislature.   He also answered questions that members of our organization had about this past legislative session, redistricting, elections, etc.  Delegate Bell will be running for reelection in November, 2011.
