Comments from his speech: One reason for the importance of efforts in prosecuting Child Pornography is that 30-50% of those that are involved, will actually act out on these impulses and abuse children. On the EPA, he discussed the lawsuit filed with 12 other states on greenhouse gasses, currently awaiting ruling that would have the impact of Cap and Trade, if lawsuit does not prevail. He stated we need new President to stop the EPA, much destruction is occurring waiting for this decision, could add $950 to price of cars and trucks, and would dramatically impact the poor. Ken Cuccinelli also stated the State Attorney General is the last line of defense for Federalism, as the Obama Administration has committed 21 violations of the law, which is unprecedented in American history, that the Rule of Law is at stake in this election. On Health care, the Virginia lawsuit was filed within 30 minutes of the passing of this legislation, which he considers an erosion of liberty and constitutional rights. He detailed the comments of Justice Kennedy during the Supreme Court hearing, who questioned if the government could compel people into commerce to regulate them, and then stated this law would change the relationship between government and the individual. Never before has government ordered us to buy a product, and this would be the end of Federalism if Obama prevails. He encouraged everyone to make every effort to support candidates with time and money, that Virginia is ground zero, as a major swing state in the November election. That we need to help defend the first principle this country was built, that 1,000,000 people have given their lives to give us this freedom for our country.
